Caring…it’s not the hard part of caregiving. Anyone caregiving alone is missing out on learning about resources available to them to make their experience better, for them AND their loved one. And there are feelings and experiences that caregivers have that are probably universal but that no one who hasn’t lived this can understand, so you can speak about these things without judgement there and know that you are okay and that your feelings are normal. It’s also important to be able to have time just for you without your loved one.

Great place to get help with your marriage and/or relationship regardless of whether you just need help with communicating and working through differences or are considering divorce. They have helped many people realize their areas of needed improvement and saved many marriages. Would recommend to anyone, no matter the situation (unless abusive and unsafe) consider going here before you make any decisions – especially if that may be separation.
