Grief can feel isolating, but you don’t have to walk through it alone. This group offers a safe, supportive space to share your experience, find comfort, and learn healthy ways to cope and heal.
Our group is open to adults who are grieving the loss of a loved one. We also offer a virtual option if you are unable to attend in person. All are welcome. Our program meets every other Tuesday (unless noted otherwise) with a meeting at 2pm or 6pm on the scheduled days.
